About Us
Andy Bliss was introduced to Lake Ontario at an early age and hasn't been able to get away from her lure since. During his high school years, he worked with many charter captains allowing him to learn many different techniques and skills. Once Andy graduated from Nyack High School he went on to attend Oswego State. It was here that Captain Bliss was able to find his way around the many tributaries of Lake Ontario. Andy began guiding while he was still attending school, and he arranged his schedule to allow as many days on the water as possible. That was in 2002 and since then the love of the chase has developed into a full-time career.
Along with his river business, Andy also works with Capt. Tom Burke of Cold Steel Sport Fishing from May to September on his 36' Egg Harbor. We provide a comfortable fishing experience on board one of Lake Ontario's premier charter boats.
